and producing the Digital Versatile Disc Drive
(DVD Drive) as its primary product.
In 2002, DVS Korea was registered as a public
stock trading company in KOSDAQ.
Recognized by the world-famous enterprises
as a dependable supplier in the DVD Drive
market, DVS Korea is focusing on creating
distinguished products in the field of automobile
entertainment devices. As a fruit of that
focus, in a field that requires critical
technical expertise and where quality is
valued even as much as life itself, DVS
Korea has established contractual relations
with some of the world’s leading automobile
electronics companies such as Visteon in
USA (former automobile-parts business unit
of Ford Mortor Co.) and Blaupunkt in Germany
(Automobile parts business of Bosch Group)
on the basis of original equipment manufacturing.
In addition, DVS Korea has not forgotten
the importance of diversification, and is
developing and producing a number of products
such as recordable DVD drives and GPS navigation
systems.
